Taylor Hutchinson Plumblee is a lifelong resident of Orlando. After graduating from the Boone High School National Academy of Finance Magnet Program, she attended Salem College, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she was a leader in her college community. She was the Freshman Class Treasurer, a member of the Wake Forest University Debate Team, a Student Greeter, Admissions Hostess, Tour Guide, Sophomore Class Treasurer, and a Resident Assistant.
In addition to her numerous school activities she volunteered extensively at both Riverwood Therapeutic Riding Center and Project Racing Home Greyhound Adoptions. Taylor’s dedication to education continued through her participation in internships with companies such as the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission, Marshall Entertainment Insurance, and Nationwide Insurance.
She graduated from Salem College with Economics and Business Administration Double Majors (B.A.) as well as a History Minor. She continues to support her alma mater, and was elected in May 2007 to a Four Year Term as Alumna Class President. While in college, Taylor earned her Florida insurance license. She worked for Marshall Entertainment Insurance and Nationwide Insurance before deciding to pursue her lifelong passion of real estate.
As a second-generation REALTOR, Taylor grew up helping her mother with an extremely successful real estate business. This early introduction to real estate set the ground-work for her own real estate career. Taylor learned that with hard work, perseverence, and an unwavering dedication to customer service, business will grow exponentially. She now works as a team with her mother, Linda Parvin Hutchinson. Linda’s knowledge and experience from 25 years in real estate and 8 years as a real estate para-legal are unmatched in the industry. Linda’s experience in real estate combined with Taylor’s extensive knowledge of technology gives their clients access to real estate’s “dream team.”
Taylor’s passion now lies with helping people realize their dreams of homeownership. As a newlywed and recent first time home buyer, there is a special place in her heart for this segment of the real estate population.
